Cancellation Policy

1. General Cancellation

  • All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official communication channels.
  • The following rules apply unless otherwise stated in the specific service or promotional offer.

2. Tours & Travel Packages

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date: Full refund, minus administrative fees (if applicable).
  • Cancellations made 15–29 days before the travel date: 50% refund of the total booking value.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the travel date: Booking is strictly non-refundable.
  • No-shows on the day of travel: Booking is non-refundable.

3. Hotel Bookings

  • Refund eligibility depends on the hotel’s individual cancellation policy.
  • Some rates (such as special offers or advance purchase bookings) may be non-refundable.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a full charge.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 7–21 business days depending on banks or payment providers.

5. Force Majeure

  • In cases of natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other events beyond our control, standard cancellation policies may not apply.
  • Ayz Tourism will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements or credits for future travel.
