1. General Cancellation
- All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official communication channels.
- The following rules apply unless otherwise stated in the specific service or promotional offer.
2. Tours & Travel Packages
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date: Full refund, minus administrative fees (if applicable).
- Cancellations made 15–29 days before the travel date: 50% refund of the total booking value.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the travel date: Booking is strictly non-refundable.
- No-shows on the day of travel: Booking is non-refundable.
3. Hotel Bookings
- Refund eligibility depends on the hotel’s individual cancellation policy.
- Some rates (such as special offers or advance purchase bookings) may be non-refundable.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a full charge.
4. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds (where applicable) will be processed using the original payment method.
- Processing may take 7–21 business days depending on banks or payment providers.
5. Force Majeure
- In cases of natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other events beyond our control, standard cancellation policies may not apply.
- Ayz Tourism will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements or credits for future travel.
